Bad customer care / Dishonesty Good afternoon, Mr Sporn ! I bought Jeep Patriot 2012 Latitude at Westbury Jeep ( 100 Jericho Turnpike, Jericho , NY ) The car was certified pre - Good afternoon, Mr Sporn ! I bought Jeep Patriot 2012 Latitude at Westbury Jeep ( 100 Jericho Turnpike, Jericho , NY ) The car was certified pre - owned with 31,791 miles . I have this car 8 months since I bought it in December , 2015. I put on the car 5,000 miles during 8 months. It has 36,785 miles. Recently my mechanic told me that I have to replace all 4 tires and once it will be rainy bad weather , I will be loosing control of the car. It is recommended to replace tires at 4/32 if even they not worn out completely or "bold". I was completely disappointed with the Westbury Jeep certified pre- owned cars. Westbury Jeep does not keep the promise about a good quality cars , that they were checked out before selling . What kind of quality is that , if only after 5,000 miles , I have to replace tires ? I checked CarFox report on this car and last time the tires were replaced 04/2015. Usually, Jeep tires have at least 65,000 miles before they worn out. I called up Westbury Jeep service and asked Mr Schmitt to help with this situation. He advised me to come over in the service and check the tires with his mechanic what I did . Two tires at 4/32 and has to be replaced . Mr Schmitt explained me that he will not replace tires and it is safe to drive this car in rain and snow. I have 5 years old child whom I drive in this car and safety is important for me. I asked Mr Schmitt to inform me in written that my tires are fine and I do not have to replace them and can safely drive all winter. Unfortunately, Mr Schmitt refused to do so. It makes me think, that tires must be replaced and it is not safe to have these tires in the winter. I never had any issues with Westbury Jeep until I needed service , they do not want to help. Based on all above, the car sold with bad tires and Westbury Jeep pre-owned car manager does not want to take responsibility for that , although his is putting down his own department. I will appreciate if you can resolve this issue and replace these tires at no cost , at least to make sure that customers are satisfied with the Westbury Jeep , like it was promised !!! P.S. I forgot to mention here that , when the car was sold, I have received the title for my car with the error ( they put the wrong name of the bank ).They were trying to fix it and Linda contacted me but I have a car already 8 months without actual title . Great experience, very fast process. First time leasing a car and this dealership made it a very smooth transaction. Test drive was quick. Paperwork did not take very long. Being able to get financing through a bank however did take sometime even though I had perfect credit however the finance managers worked with me and got me a bank to work with. Car took some time for pickup even after I came back after a few hours however it wasn't too bad. Definitely will come back for another lease in the future and will recommend to friends. More

Don't believe what your told ! I went in the Westbury Jeep looking for a 2016 Jeep Renagade in December 2015 and was told by Lisa that they " weren't of the boat yet " .I've had oth I went in the Westbury Jeep looking for a 2016 Jeep Renagade in December 2015 and was told by Lisa that they " weren't of the boat yet " .I've had other issues with Westbury Jeep so I called Jeep it's self 1800- 992-1997 and was told the Jeep Renagade WAS OUT IN OCTOBER 2015 . Westbury overall is recommended from my experience, please ask for Kazi when you are looking to learn more information, whether it is leasing or purchasing. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Chris Siegel from Finance, he was rude and unbearable to work with. Please ensure you do not close a deal with him, he basically made me want to refute my business with Westbury, just not helpful in the slightest. Overall my experience was enjoyable, minus Chris. Kazi was professional and I am now happy with my car lease due to his informative guidance. More

Our loyalty had been exhausted after repeated overcharges, inefficiency, and lack of reliability by a service team that had no regard or knowledge of customer service. At Westbury Jeep, we consistently receive outstanding service . From the time we book the appointment or drive up on the express line, to the time the car is returned to us, the process is flawless. Today, Willie directed me to the express lane at 7:30 AM as the line of service employees promptly started signing in cars. Catherine, outstanding in her role of scheduling appointments, greeted me ( remembering my first name), She always manages to make appointments that accommodate my schedule! Kelly, my service advisor, address all issues with knowledge and expedience . Tim Doyle and his assistant, Linda, value each and every customer and reflect outstanding service. Even the bagels and vegetable cream cheese are noteworthy! I appreciate the efficiency, honesty, and skill with which everyone in the Westbury Jeep service department performs their roles. My sons and I (all jeep owners) appreciate the well organized service department. It has taken the stress out of servicing our cars. More
