He promised to email me the value and never did. Nor did he call me or return my email! I did get 2 pieces of snail mail from him telling me how much he wanted my business though. :) Then when I complained I got a voice message from him and learned he did call and leave me a message but he left it on the wrong number. Duh. And he whined the whole message with excuses of why he couldn't serve me well. But he never emailed me back and never did get that trade in value! Definitely would have gone to another dealer but they had the car I wanted. I complained and they set me up with a new salesperson; Boli. He was great! Not only was he pleasant and professional and took care of all my questions & concerns but he stayed over 2 1/2 hours late to finish my paperwork for me as I wanted to complete the transaction that day. They are a volume dealer so expect to wait a long time for the processing of the paperwork as they might have 10 other buyers at the time you are completing your deal. Without Boli, I think I would have left and bought a car elsewhere. More

Pete Is The Best!!!!! So let me start by saying, I am not an easy person to deal with LOL. I had gone to the dealership back in december 2015. I got some rookie named Jean So let me start by saying, I am not an easy person to deal with LOL. I had gone to the dealership back in december 2015. I got some rookie named Jean Claude. This guy was not a great salesman. I left the dealership with nothing. Pete contacted me and asked if he could help me. Pete was knowledgeable, super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the finance guy was not great and could not get me what i wanted. I told Pete to keep intouch if he came across anything used. I was looking for a Durango. Pete contacted me in April with a great deal on a used car, unfortunately i could not do it. My credit wasn't great and i was upside down on the car I was in. I ultimately went and secured my own financing. I came back to Pete and told him what I wanted. Can I say, Pete HOOKED me up!!! He got me the exact car i wanted. Got me a great deal. I am super happy that I came back and gave Pete a chance. If you want an honest, sweet, sincere, smart and great salesman, Pete is your guy!!!! Thanks Pete!!!! More
