Recently I had trouble with my Sienna minivan and brought it in to check. They found that squirrels had built a nest in my engine and had eaten away some of the wires, the intake hose and the engine insulation layer. I couldn’t believe it! And she took pictures to show me. The techinicians repaired it and I brought the car home. The next day the same warning lights appears on the dashboard. I spoke with Amanda and she said it would be unsafe for me to drive the car with the engine check light on and told me to bring the car in as soon as possible. She even provided a rental car for me. the technicians found the same problem! She went above and beyond and sent me pictures and a video clipping of the new damage. She provided a reasonable repair quote and estimate of when the work would be completed. Amanda Dilauro provided excellent service. She was responsive, took care of my concern and provided valuable information. More importantly she showed concern for her client. More

Brenda Garcia is the best! Brenda Garcia is very professional and is the nicest and friendliest Service Advisor that I have had to deal with. Uneccessary recommendations Is it possible to give them zero stars? Brought the car in for an annual inspection and 25K mi service. They recommended rotating my tires, so I opted Is it possible to give them zero stars? Brought the car in for an annual inspection and 25K mi service. They recommended rotating my tires, so I opted in. And they said it wouldn't have passed inspection without new wiper blades and changed all my filters. They also said I needed new front brakes and rotors because it was basically metal on metal, even though the car drove perfectly and none of the dashboard indicators came on, and that I'd need new tires soon. I took the car to a place nearby where I get my other non-Toyota car serviced all the time, especially since they specialize in tires, brakes, etc. They looked at everything and said everything was perfectly fine... SEE YA, Toyota service. Thanks for throwing my loyalty and trust out the window. Never coming back, and I'm pissed because I probably didn't "need" everything else they said I did. I look forward to trashing your crappy business and bottom line priorities on every website I can log on to. More
