job well done i brought my car in for service last week. I dealt with Caroline Monegro. Everything was great. She went over everything that was going to be done i brought my car in for service last week. I dealt with Caroline Monegro. Everything was great. She went over everything that was going to be done with the car. She also asked me if there were any problems or if i had any questions about the car. That was a nice touch. No one before had ever asked that (this is my third highlander). Most important though, is that she promised the car would be done in the time specified. I am a doctor and only had a small window of time to get the service done. while there i picked up some floor mats. Andrew and peter were also very professional and helpful. When i picked up the car Caroline went over what was done and I was on my way quickly. overall, a very pleasant experience More
