job well done i brought my car in for service last week. I dealt with Caroline Monegro. Everything was great. She went over everything that was going to be done with the car. She also asked me if there were any problems or if i had any questions about the car. That was a nice touch. No one before had ever asked that (this is my third highlander). Most important though, is that she promised the car would be done in the time specified. I am a doctor and only had a small window of time to get the service done. while there i picked up some floor mats. Andrew and peter were also very professional and helpful. When i picked up the car Caroline went over what was done and I was on my way quickly. overall, a very pleasant experience More

experience was bad Went into Westchester Toyota looking to buy a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry but was hit with a run around as soon as I got there. There were so many hidden fees that it just did not make sense to me. I went over to New Rochelle Toyota and they were able to give me the same deal without the fees Westchester Toyota was applying onto the purchase. Please stay away from this dealership More
