When talking with service advisor for the service, gave her a coupon of 20% discount for "Old Vehicles" and I was told that a free car rental will be provided. The job will be done by end of day. Called in late afternoon and was told car won't be ready but I can use the rented car for another day for free. Went to pick up the car at end of the next day, invoice did not show the promised 20% discount. The manager said that a Toyota radiator was put in because the part number shows a Toyota part number. Does after market part have a different part number? Thought part number is the same no matter Toyota part or after market part. Talked with service advisor and her manager without any solution, and it's late. So paid the bill and went home, only to fina out that car rentals of two days was charged on me. Left message via their web portal immediately but never heard from them. Did not notice that they completely destroyed the alignment when doing the job, untill I went for a tire rotation. Two front tires were destroyed due to the alignment issue. Very bad experience and hope there is a place to complain to hold them accountable. More

Appt. was at 2pm and attended to promptly which was definitely surprising but definitely exceeded my expectations by getting out of the service dept. in less than an hour. I was initially skeptical and weary, as I had not viewed any My husband and I stopped in with our 2-year-old daughter to "look only" at a used Prius. I was initially skeptical and weary, as I had not viewed any of their cars online, something I had done before looking at any other Prius anywhere else. We were immediately greeted by Vincent outside the entrance, who was surprisingly authentic, not pushy, polite, and genuine, not like the stereotypical car salesman we've all met and fear encountering. Vincent and the other salespeople were friendly and overly patient (perhaps even entertained?) with our daughter running around the dealership "driving" the various cars. They even provided her with crayons and coloring books. We bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid Advanced at a fare price and financed it through them. Working with David in the finance office was also a surprisingly pleasant experience, as we felt he truly had our best interest at heart and was personable, knowledgeable, and informative. My husband drove the Prius home that Saturday evening, after which I discovered that the plug-in charging cable was nowhere to be found. The dealership was closed by that time and the following day, too. Meanwhile, I lost two nights' sleep, fearing that I would have to fight tooth and nails to get the charger from them. When I called them first thing Monday morning, I was surprisingly relieved to find that the sales manager, Phillip, was cooperative and helpful, assuring me that Vincent would call me once in the office and that we would obtain the charger. Vincent did indeed call, explaining that charger had likely been removed from the car when it was being detailed. My husband picked up the charger later that evening. I received an automated customer satisfaction survey phone call on Tuesday and an immediate follow-up phone call from sales manager, Manny, as I had inadvertently pressed a wrong key during the phone survey that had given them a poor score. He wanted to ensure that our experience had been positive. In short, it was an absolutely unbelievably positive experience. If we're ever in the market to buy a car again, we will definitely return to Westchester Toyota. More
Took 3 Days for an Oil Change I had the worst experience this last time I was in for service. I dropped off my car on Saturday at 8:30am for an oil change. When I made the appointment earlier that week, I was told it would "probably be ready" by 12noon if I dropped it off that early. I was contacted about pricing at about 12:30pm (which I appreciated) but then did not hear from anyone again until 3:58pm when Brook left me a message to tell me my car was ready....the shop closes at 4pm...even worse, it doesn't open again until Monday morning. That is absolutely ridiculous that it took 3 days for me to get an oil change which cost me almost $80! This is personally my second Toyota I have purchased and my family's fourth. And honestly, every time I have brought the car in, I have had to argue with someone about pricing or what services I did or did not want done to my car. So this service shop has absolutely lost my business and I will absolutely never be coming back there for anything.. More

Walked in and was greeted by an exceptional young man (Stephan) who was very knowledgeable, understood that I was disserviced and described in detail what was to occur and that i wouldnt experience that in this dealership and boy he was right. Love that I can walk into a place, share a laugh and meet someone that makes me feel like they actually care about my car. Completely different environment here. He even saved his number into my phone in case I had any other questions. THATS service. He sat me down with Rich and explained to him of my issue and Rich made sure I got the service I deserved.
