He answered all my questions since the first day and he walked me through the entire process of leasing a car. Claudio has being like a guardian angel and I felt very safe when he gave me the keys of my new car, he made sure everything was working properly before I drove the car with my two daughters. My recent experience I have been a loyal customer of Toyota for 8 years and I love Toyota and their lease programs. Although recently I had a very negative experience. I t I have been a loyal customer of Toyota for 8 years and I love Toyota and their lease programs. Although recently I had a very negative experience. I traded in a lease and got a new 2015 Corolla. Soon after I received a bill for $476.00 dollars for excessive damage to the 2012 Corolla which I find absurd. When I contacted the Customer Service manager via email and phone, my issue was ignored. Finally I decided to go into the dealership. The sales manager told me the inspections are done by an outside agency and there is nothing he can do. He told me to call Toyota financial and they can help me which was a total lie. There was nothing they can do they are just the bank. When I asked if they can assist by paying a monthly bill since the inspections are done outside, he told me there is nothing he can do and gave me the run around. This does not sound like a dealership that prides itself on customer service. As a loyal customer of 8 years who loved Toyota and paid every bill in full and on time. This recent poor treatment I received makes me want to take my business elsewhere and to tell family and friends to go elsewhere. More
