Excellent Service My family and I went to Westchester Toyota in hopes of just getting information on cars before purchasing one. However, the entire staff at WT made us feel so at ease from the front desk staff to our Sales Representative, Wilson; and so, we ending up purchasing a new vehicle on the spot because it felt right. First of all, Wilson's patience and indulgence in our endless questions and concerns was unbelievable. Not once did he rush us or give us attitude or even express frustration. It turned out to be a day long process but Wilson, David and the other staff accommodated my family and I with every need, question and concern. This attention made us feel valuable and it definitely brought us to the decison to purchase a vehicle from Westchester Toyota. We are beyond happy with our purchase and still look back on this day as a long but pleasant experience. Wilson made a great impact on us and has even called us to check in. We honestly could not recommend a better dealership OR Salesperson. Thank you, Wilson! More
