The whole financing and approval process took a long time (overall we where at the dealership for almost 4 hours), which was very tiring, but we loved how the car registration was part of the process, and the flexibility of us picking up the car the next day was also helpful. Although there was slight complications in the finance department, it is safe to say that Robert and his team exceeded expectations as they performed the full task at hand. Marvin and Eric prepared my new car and I was not disappointed at the results. It was nice to have those two in such engaging and delightful converstaions to pass the time while Robert was finalizing the paperwork. Delivery of the sleek new 2015 Camry was properly executed plus he took the time to show me the many features which I use on a daily basis now. If a friend asked me for advice on a new car I'll be sure to suggest Robert Rios and his team first thing. More
