If not for the professionalism and hard work of Wilson I would have walked out of the dealership without purchasing a car. Please note that the markings of customer service, quality of work and friendliness solely reflect the experience that my wife and I had when dealing with Wilson. The negatives of overall experience reflect John Madera and his unprofessional and rude behavior. So I decided to buy my second car from them. I had a limited budget which they were very willing to work with. In fact, I was introduced to a vehicle below my budget and it worked out even better than I anticipated. The vehicle was in great condition and their inspection covered more than any dealer in the area. I had a check from my personal bank and they did everything they needed to in order to let me drive away with the car. Oscar was my salesman and was so patient with me. He didn't want to pressure me into something I was unsure of and that put me at ease. His honesty and consideration of my situation is what put me in a car that I wasn't even initially interested in.
