Worst service ever. Almost three full months after buying my new RAV Prime, I am still waiting for my second set of keys and my $1000 tax refund. They completely messed Almost three full months after buying my new RAV Prime, I am still waiting for my second set of keys and my $1000 tax refund. They completely messed up my financing by not taking the refund out of the purchase price and now I am paying interest on $1000 I still don't have. They also messed up smaller things, like not filling out lesser important paperwork and not attaching plugs to the bottom of the car to prevent rust. This is my third Toyota and I have never had these kinds of problems anywhere else. Go to any other Toyota dealer. Stay away from these clowns! More

Johnny Hernandez was very nice to work with. He was the first one at the door when I entered, but let me go to the counter before really approaching me.
