Ripped Off Gave Deposit on a vehicle they advertised and didn't have. They were supposed to order it and take up to 30-days. Checked back with them after 2-weeks to get e.t.a. and VIN# and they told 4-5 months. I cancelled deal and they gave me a refund voucher and told me check would come from main office. 45-days later still no refund and only excuses and "lip service " from management . Had to file case with Consumer Affairs and State Attorneys Office. More

cheated swindled and lied too I should have done my research. I did not know Toyota had a lease offer of 169.00 mo. with 1,399.00 down + tax and fees for the Corolla S model. I I should have done my research. I did not know Toyota had a lease offer of 169.00 mo. with 1,399.00 down + tax and fees for the Corolla S model. I was looking to buy the LE model and realized I could not afford it but leasing seemed to be a good option, thats when Jesus Suarez, the salesman started the swindle the lies and the cheating. We talked about the LE, we looked at the LE but I also saw the S and liked it. Jesus said for only 25,00 more we could do the S model for 194.00 . I did not know about the manufacturers offer of 169mo and 1,399 down. Only 22 and wanting to buy my first new car even though money is tight. They got me this time but I will spend a lifetime telling everyone I know about the cheating, lying and swindling at this dealership. The finance guy got me too, adding the January payment into the 35 monthly payments, only thing the 1st month is included in the 1,399 down.
