The best dealership I have dealt with I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from Pedro Segura at Westchester Toyota. Pedro Segura was very professional and knowledgeable. Before I visited I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from Pedro Segura at Westchester Toyota. Pedro Segura was very professional and knowledgeable. Before I visited this dealership I have dealt with many car salesmen, and I felt aggravated and uncomfortable with the lack of honesty, but this was not the case with Pedro Segura and the whole staff of Westchester Toyota. This was a great purchase experience and I won't shop autos at any other dealership. More

You get what you pay for I wanted a pre-owned Prius at least a three or better. I extended my search to 50miles and found a Prius Five at Westchester. Amazingly, they actuall I wanted a pre-owned Prius at least a three or better. I extended my search to 50miles and found a Prius Five at Westchester. Amazingly, they actually had the car that was posted online: A Prius five in nautical blue. The dealer was approx. 45 miles away. We looked at the car and I did a test drive. Shame on me because I didn't check all the features that were listed online for the car. I picked the car up 2 days later...when we finally arrived home, I realized I did not have power seats or a garage door opener in the car. I checked on line and realized my car which was advertised as a "five" was actually a "three." with upgrades "so it's the same as a five." (that's what I was told when I called that evening to point out the mis-representation.) They did tell me I could bring the car back...a great option since they are an hour away and I already spent a day and a half there. I'm disappointed. PS: after the snowstorm this week I ran out of windshield fluid. More

Excellent service Cara was so helpful and kind; she took care of a flat tire I got after only 300 miles of driving.
