Overall great experience I had a great experience at Westchester Toyota. When I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and everyone else I encountered was very nice. I went in to replace my Highlander (which by the way still runs great with 235,000 miles) with a new Highlander. I don't know how it happened but walked out with a new Prius! Our salesperson, Jesus Suarez and finance specialist, Fabio Kola were amazing. Their patience, sense of humor while dealing with my indecision made the whole process enjoyable and easy.
