The service and parts director immediately called you when he heard of the incident you stae in your review. He offer to meet with you in person to assess any damage that you claim was caused while in our dealership. When you refused to come in and meet with him as a goodwill gesture we offered you a store credit in the amount you requested which you then refused as well. The dealership beleves in standing behind any work done but as any good business would all we asked is that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Since you refuse to give us that opportunity there is nothing else that we can do other than apologize and make the offers that we have.
