My only complaint was that they didn't have my second key at the time of pickup, and so I was a little annoyed that I had to bug them for a second key it took a few weeks for them to order a second key and pick it up myself. However, Vincent and Sean Berry were pleasant throughout and even filled up my tank for free for having to come in to pick up the other key. Overall, I would happy to buy from Vincent and dealership again More

My wife and I went in on labor day and had the pleasure of dealing with Justin. He is very personable and friendly. He was able to answer every question that we asked and also provided us with plenty of additional information that helped us come to a decision. In the end we walked out with the car that we wanted for the price that we wanted, so I would definitely recommend going to see Justin and Westchester Toyota. More

Great Customer Service, Best Price Around I just leased a new, 2015 Toyota Highlander from Toyota and was very pleased with the level of service and price I received. I live in Connecticut and traveled an hour to this dealer because they offered the best price around. Sometimes, when you get the best price, you get the worst service. Not the case here. Juan Perez and Tristan George were extremely helpful, pleasant, courteous, and funny. We had some issues while we were waiting (having to do with insurance, not due to anything on the dealer's end) and they were very accommodating, they gave us frequent status updates, and handled the situation with the right amount of attention and humor. They even took the time to hook up my antiquated Blackberry to the bluetooth system and answered my many questions about the car with patience. I would definitely return there for another car when this lease is done. More

Fortunately, Mr. Ahmadou M'Baye made the process so transparent and so easy to navigate that my buyer's experience was a joy and a very positive experience. I was so comfortable from beginning to end. He was very courteous, professional and answered all questions (I had many) with patience, deliberate care and concern, and did not stop until he made sure all my concerns were addressed. I had appointments with other dealers the date of my purchase, but I canceled them because after talking to Mr. M'Baye for 5 minutes I KNEW that Westchester Toyota was the place to buy my new Highlander. Even though they didn't have the color or the year I wanted on stock, they promised me that they would get it for me (2015 Highlander) in less than a week. He and his colleagues fulfilled that and all other promises and I'm very happy that I'm now driving the car I wanted and at the published price with no strings attached.
