After I did some research, I was drawn to Westchester Toyota mainly because of the prizes listed. I was not at all planning on getting a car immediately, but I went there as part of my research process. My first visit had a great start when I was greeted by Jorge Ortiz. His professionalism and patience was exemplary. It's not always easy finding people with great customer service skills and for me it's a must with such an important decision. I must say that all the employees at Westchester Toyota seemed to have mastered that skill. My overall experience was great. For anyone who's unsure and maybe nervous, this is definitely the place for you. All of your questions will be answered and there's no pressure. Thanks again Jorge! More

I have been looking for the ideal pre-owned certified vehicle for my family and commuting needs for a few months now. I am picky. Very picky. It was between my beloved Subarus which I have owned 3 of, and old reliable - Toyota. My family was in the car business for many years. I am a total car fiend. I know a whole lot about the business and the vehicles themselves. I am a teacher so I research everything to death as well. I found the car I thought I wanted on cars.com and it was at Westchester Toyota. Could not find anything comparable in a Subaru for the price. Didn't matter because the Toyota I found was plenty fun to drive like a Subaru. Like I said. I am picky. If you know anything about big dealers like this one than you know they can discount more steeply than others who are smaller. They are basically car malls. You have to know that going in. Do your homework, research to death, and make contact with managerial staff before going in to look. Make an appointment. Don't just show up. These guys are extremely efficient and busy because of the volume they do. They hustle and cut right to the point. They sell cars and do it amazingly. It's like a science to them. I did all of the above. I showed up and they were ready for me with the car I wanted to see. Made small talk with Jody the manager about cars and the auto business while Mina the sales associate went to grab the keys to the car. Jody is a low key, cool guy, who has worked the business for a long time and has the experience to manage a very large and very young sales team. He is like their coach. I liked that about him. Told me to go easy on Mina. I laughed because I am not a viper at all, and am totally un-intimidating , except for when I buy a car because of what I know about the auto business. Dealers don't like me sometimes because of this. Jody could tell and totally respected this about me but still busted chops and had a good time. Mina and I then took the car for a nice long test drive. City streets, the highway, etc. We talked about the car, how we both loved cars and have had various sports cars, and more about the car I was driving. We were both surprised at the condition. It was great. He is a terrific guy and it was cool and zero pressure from him. He told me the car was leased by someone and returned flawless with half the milage it should have had. Clean Carfax and certified. No damage or repairs anywhere. We got back to the dealership and I told Mina I wanted it. Told him that the price was totally acceptable and he wrote it up. The price I saw online was the price I paid. No real negotiating necessary except for the interest rate to be lower but then it wound up coming in lower anyway. This was great. No boxing gloves needed. If I didn't like it, I was free to walk out. Car was 2100 less than anything else comparable that I looked at, but it had lower milage so I jumped on it. No xx. Mina showed me the completed order on which he wrote everything including that the payments were not to exceed x number of dollars per x number of months. I love it when things are put in writing. This impressed the heck out of me. I have never seen a salesman do that right on a purchase agreement before and I have bought a lot of cars. The deal was done. Nice job, Mina. Jody came back to shake my hand and I went home to my wife who couldn't believe how quick the process was and was even a bit surprised at how quickly I made my decision to buy. Picked up the car two days later and it was washed again. A second time as well as filled with gas. Nice touch guys. Did final paperwork with Mina and Nelson, the finance manager and paid the rest of my down payment because I left them a deposit to hold the vehicle. Nelson was equally as fantastic as Mina. This has not been my past experience with F and I staff at dealers. Also a car guy, Nelson and I talked for a good long time about cars and such while we were doing the paperwork. Nelson was zero pressure and worked out a great financing rate with me as well as discussed every aspect of warranties and extras that the dealer throws in. He is an excellent multi-tasker. I won't say what the extras are, but they were a very satisfying surprise to cap of a fantastic first rate experience at Westchester Toyota. Was sent on my way with my new slightly used vehicle. Great freaking experience. If you want the best price, a huge selection, and a quick transaction, go here. I wanted to get in, get a good price, get my car, and be done. I have a wife, two small kids, and a large dog. I did not want to waste time. These guys were exactly what I was looking for and completely transparent. Great job guys! I will send people to you for sure ! I also won't be back soon because I now have a beautiful, fun to drive car that is going to last more than likely a couple hundred thousand miles and then my children will learn to drive on it and they will get it - look out!
