The Best Car Dealership in New York On 5/30/14 I called the dealership to ask for directions via bus. I spoke to David and I was on my way. I got off the bus too soon, and I got lost. I called back to inform them of my unfortunate circumstance. David assured me that everything will be fine and that he would send someone for me. So I waited. Within a few minutes Josue pulled up and we were on our way to the dealership. On the way we made small talk and I informed him of the type of car I was looking for, not knowing he was going to be my salesperson. Upon arrival we started looking at different cars and we came upon a red 2014 Toyota Corolla LE. We took it for a test drive, and the rest is history. Josue was very knowledgable, and patient. Two very important factors in Sales. He followed up with me and assured me that If I had any questions I could always contact him directly. That means a lot, just having bought a new car. John Pena was the Sales Associate that worked with us -- and he set a high bar for service (thoughtful, flexible, kind, not pushy, knowledgeable, etc). After visiting the Honda dealership and test driving the vehicle, the Dealership relationship was one of the key deciding factors in buying the Toyota. My wife and I would describe ourselves as no-nonsense, but fair consumers -- and Westchester Toyota (John Pena, John Madera, and David Grin) was a good fit and they went the extra mile throughout the purchase experience.
