Following the sale, she followed up personally to ensure my satisfaction with the vehicle and with the process. He greeted me personally, listened to my concerns, and even after assigning me to his associate, Yorcarys Cabrera, was involved every step of the way in my experience. They were both very professional, courteous, and respectful, addressing all my concerns. I never felt pressured and was totally as ease making my final decision to purchase a Sienna van. Yorcarys accompanied me on my road test and later followed me to my home to return the car I drove there.
