New Sienna This past Saturday was devoted to purchasing a new vehcle. My intent was to begin at Westchester Toyota in Yonkers and work my way through the muliple dealerships located on Central Ave. until I found a vehicle and a deal I could live with. Mr. David Lee made my day so much easier. He greeted me personally, listened to my concerns, and even after assigning me to his associate, Yorcarys Cabrera, was involved every step of the way in my experience. They were both very professional, courteous, and respectful, addressing all my concerns. I never felt pressured and was totally as ease making my final decision to purchase a Sienna van. Yorcarys accompanied me on my road test and later followed me to my home to return the car I drove there. Within no time at all I was passed onto David Grin who simplified the paperwork and made the final step of my purchase a pleasure. These are honest people who know how to treat a customer and make the experience of a new car purchase a pleasure that last well beyond leaving the dealership. More

Buyer Beware Had a very unpleasant and complicated experience in trying to purchase a brand new toyota 4 runner. I contacted Westchester Toyota via web form. Recei Had a very unpleasant and complicated experience in trying to purchase a brand new toyota 4 runner. I contacted Westchester Toyota via web form. Received a phone call from the dealership and gave them details on the vehicle I wanted. The sales rep said the vehicle was in the show room. I asked her for the vin number and she said she didn't have it handy. At this point I should of hanged up.Instead I decided to go in and check it out. I was greeted by Damion who had no interest in helping me as he probably knew the vehicle I inquired about was no int stock. He kept pushing me to buy a highlander because of Toyota's incentives. After back and forth he finally got the idea that I will not budge on what I want. He took me upstairs to the upper parking lot and points to the 4 runners they have. I had to walk outside myself and peek into the cars. Then I had to ask him for the keys to look inside. I basically had to do the leg work myself. I did leave a deposit for them to locate the 4 runner I wanted. However after learning how they work I decided this was not the place to buy a car. I tried calling Damion and Jody multiple times about some questions I have, and its 2014 but yet they have no voicemail. They did leave a voicemail for me but I was never able to get ahold of them when I called. At least not until I asked to speak to someone about refunding my deposit. That is when Damion picked up the phone and told me that my deposit was non-refundable and basically to take a hike. His unprofessional attitude only gets worse from here and was extremely disgusting and distasteful. STAY AWAY FROM DAMION at all costs. Eventually I got a hold of Jody who worked out the refund process with me. Needless to say I did acquire a vehicle from another dealership that has excellent communication skills via email, text and has voicemail. However, I will be giving westchester toyota a second chance as I am in the market for a 2014 toyota corolla. The only person I will deal with is Jody otherwise I am heading (running) for the doors and onto the next dealership. The only reason I am giving them a second chance is because this dealership is close to home and Jody seems to be an upfront guy. More
