Yorcarys showed me a few vehicles and I quickly settled on a used 2013 Highlander SE. I left and came back a few hours later with my husband and daughter and while my husband and I checked out the car Yorcarys played with my daughter and occupied her so my husband and I could focus on the details. When I came back the next day to actually purchase the car Yorcarys again occupied my daughter and played with her so I could focus on the paperwork and complete the deal. Honored Online Pricing The most important factor on why I went with Westchester Toyota is because they quoted the lowest price for the Toyota RAV4. I received quotes online The most important factor on why I went with Westchester Toyota is because they quoted the lowest price for the Toyota RAV4. I received quotes online between MANY dealers. The online manager had the lowest, so I went into the dealership ready to make a deal. I was fully expecting a problem that they would not honor the online pricing; I was wrong-thankfully. The sales manager Tristan George sat with me first, negotiated my trade in value for my current vehicle, all pricing was approved by both parties, then I finished the deal with Josue Herrera. I was incredibly happy with my trade in value, and was treated with respect by both Tristan and Josue. While we were waiting for my initial trade in value to come in, Josue took me around the showroom and showed me Westchester Toyota's multiple awards, community service plaques, etc...basically the reasons why Westchester Toyota has such a high rating. They even won an award on how they treat women! Lastly, I ordered my vehicle, which is still currently being produced at the factory. It is taking much longer to gain this vehicle than I initially expected, however Josue has been great with staying in constant contact with me and keeping me apprised on my vehicles status. I would highly recommend this dealership. I'll check back in when my vehicle comes in and give a review on how the financing portion goes. Fingers crossed! More

Within 24 hours of making an inquiry I was contacted by the very friendly sales staff about making an appointment for a test drive. It was apparent from initial contact with Westchester Toyota that they are a more organized and customer service oriented operation than some of the other dealerships in the area. My experience with Tatiana (my saleswoman) was excellent. She met all of my requests, was very professional and was able to get me into a 2014 Corolla S for a great price. More

Then a year in half later I wanted to own my own vehicle and I returned and Visited Fabio Kola and explained to him my situation I was doing so well with my pre owned vechile and then i had a hiccup at the end of the year got pregnant and fell behind... But i am back to work and ready to take a chance with owning a new car. He introduced me to the sales guy named Martien Ljekocevic, from the minute i met with him he explained everything to me from soup to nuts, I was pleased he called me daily with update and informed me of decessions, and did not make me take any car i did not want. He gave me my choice and i decided and did not steer me wrong this sales Guy was excellentand i see him going places. Kudos to You Matien! Fabio Kola, I never expierenced such dedicated and hard worker as Fabio He called me and dicussed everything, with me Told me to come in and speak to him go over numbers, he did not make me make my decession on the spot he said i suggest you go home for weekend and think it over.... well sure enough i was happy and i left with a beautiful car and I am very excited to start my new journey!
