Then a year in half later I wanted to own my own vehicle and I returned and Visited Fabio Kola and explained to him my situation I was doing so well with my pre owned vechile and then i had a hiccup at the end of the year got pregnant and fell behind... But i am back to work and ready to take a chance with owning a new car. He introduced me to the sales guy named Martien Ljekocevic, from the minute i met with him he explained everything to me from soup to nuts, I was pleased he called me daily with update and informed me of decessions, and did not make me take any car i did not want. He gave me my choice and i decided and did not steer me wrong this sales Guy was excellentand i see him going places. Kudos to You Matien! Fabio Kola, I never expierenced such dedicated and hard worker as Fabio He called me and dicussed everything, with me Told me to come in and speak to him go over numbers, he did not make me make my decession on the spot he said i suggest you go home for weekend and think it over.... well sure enough i was happy and i left with a beautiful car and I am very excited to start my new journey! The Best Test Drive and Customer Service Experience My wife and I went to the dealership on 4/12/14 to test drive a 2011 Toyota RAV4. We selected Westchester Toyota because they have a great reputation My wife and I went to the dealership on 4/12/14 to test drive a 2011 Toyota RAV4. We selected Westchester Toyota because they have a great reputation for customer service as we were able to confirm right away. What a great experience! John Madera listened to our requests and found two great options for us, after explaining the rigorous inspection process that goes into certifying every pre-used car. Then, John Peña gave us a thorough explanation of the RAV4's safety features and off we went on our exciting test drive. After the test drive, John answered all our questions and never pressured us into purchasing the car right away when we told him we needed to "sleep on it". He was friendly, courteous and extremely professional throughout our visit. The whole experience at Westchester Toyota was first-rate, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
