Better the second time around. The timing was right for me to purchase a new vehicle or stick with the 2010 Rav4 that got me through this past winter. I was looking for the same fea The timing was right for me to purchase a new vehicle or stick with the 2010 Rav4 that got me through this past winter. I was looking for the same features I'd gotten in the Rav but needed more room for the grandkids. Also the need for the car to fit down my constricted driveway was crucial. I decided to go through the Costco program with the Toyota Highlander in mind hoping it's similar to the Rav4 when driving. Once I enter the premise Tristan approached and asked if I had a particular car in mind. Once I told him I'd like to take the highlander for a test drive he introduced me to Robert and we were on our way. On my test drive Robert pointed out all the new features the Highlander has and some old ones that my Rav4 has. With these similarities it made my decision easy to go along and purchase the Highlander. Robert and Tristan got me thru the paperwork, getting the insurance (Allstate next-door) and I was in time to start dinner. It's been two days now and I've already put a substantial amount of mileage on the car- visiting the grandkids to show them my new car. Robert pointed out the amount of money saved for using Costco as well. More

Robert even came to my house when some paperwork needed to be swamped from the my possession to the dealerships. While at my house he wanted to try to install the Roof Rails that I would normally have had to made an appointment with the service center. Although he could not do the install, it was the thought that counts. More

I was there from 2:55pm untill 8:55pm and throught the whole process not only did he answer all my questions he brought my family food since we had been there all day. My children are 16 yrs old, 17 months, and 6 weeks old and Perdo has kids and he could relate to us and our concern especially when it come to family travel. All salemen should take a page out of Pedro Segura book no matter weither you get the sale or not a customer will always remember how you treated them and made them feel.
