The Best Test Drive and Customer Service Experience My wife and I went to the dealership on 4/12/14 to test drive a 2011 Toyota RAV4. We selected Westchester Toyota because they have a great reputation My wife and I went to the dealership on 4/12/14 to test drive a 2011 Toyota RAV4. We selected Westchester Toyota because they have a great reputation for customer service as we were able to confirm right away. What a great experience! John Madera listened to our requests and found two great options for us, after explaining the rigorous inspection process that goes into certifying every pre-used car. Then, John Peña gave us a thorough explanation of the RAV4's safety features and off we went on our exciting test drive. After the test drive, John answered all our questions and never pressured us into purchasing the car right away when we told him we needed to "sleep on it". He was friendly, courteous and extremely professional throughout our visit. The whole experience at Westchester Toyota was first-rate, and I can't recommend them highly enough. We will be coming back soon to seal the deal. More

He displayed me all of my potential options and offered to work with me in any way so that I walked away with the best deal. I left that night signing a lease that I couldbt pass up. Juan padillas professionalism was the best I have seen. He followed up the next day informing me that my car was ready and offered to pick me up from home so that I can drive away with my new car. Better the second time around. The timing was right for me to purchase a new vehicle or stick with the 2010 Rav4 that got me through this past winter. I was looking for the same fea The timing was right for me to purchase a new vehicle or stick with the 2010 Rav4 that got me through this past winter. I was looking for the same features I'd gotten in the Rav but needed more room for the grandkids. Also the need for the car to fit down my constricted driveway was crucial. I decided to go through the Costco program with the Toyota Highlander in mind hoping it's similar to the Rav4 when driving. Once I enter the premise Tristan approached and asked if I had a particular car in mind. Once I told him I'd like to take the highlander for a test drive he introduced me to Robert and we were on our way. On my test drive Robert pointed out all the new features the Highlander has and some old ones that my Rav4 has. With these similarities it made my decision easy to go along and purchase the Highlander. Robert and Tristan got me thru the paperwork, getting the insurance (Allstate next-door) and I was in time to start dinner. It's been two days now and I've already put a substantial amount of mileage on the car- visiting the grandkids to show them my new car. Robert pointed out the amount of money saved for using Costco as well. More
