Robert even came to my house when some paperwork needed to be swamped from the my possession to the dealerships. While at my house he wanted to try to install the Roof Rails that I would normally have had to made an appointment with the service center. Although he could not do the install, it was the thought that counts. More

My children are 16 yrs old, 17 months, and 6 weeks old and Perdo has kids and he could relate to us and our concern especially when it come to family travel. All salemen should take a page out of Pedro Segura book no matter weither you get the sale or not a customer will always remember how you treated them and made them feel.
