I had an appointment on a Tuesday to go to Westchester Toyota which was recommended to me by the Costco auto program. I missed the appointment due to a flat tire on my husband's car. Westchester Toyota's manager, Anson Castillo went beyond his job description that night. Not only did he help my husband change the tire, he didn't leave until they were done; now that's customer service! After that night, I felt that Westchester Toyota was the right place for us. I went back two days later and was taken care of by Tatiana Leiva. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Tatiana made sure that all our needs were met. Sean Berry (her manager) and Joe Kundrat (finance manager) were also very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an appointment and when I walked into the Dealership there were several Sales Associates at the door.
