I had an appointment on a Tuesday to go to Westchester Toyota which was recommended to me by the Costco auto program. I missed the appointment due to a flat tire on my husband's car. Not only did he help my husband change the tire, he didn't leave until they were done; now that's customer service! After that night, I felt that Westchester Toyota was the right place for us. I went back two days later and was taken care of by Tatiana Leiva. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Tatiana made sure that all our needs were met. Sean Berry (her manager) and Joe Kundrat (finance manager) were also very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an appointment and when I walked into the Dealership there were several Sales Associates at the door.
