If you are unprepared to negotiate, do not negotiate. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this dealership. I came in to buy on the spot, a new 2022 RAV4 Prime SE. I informed them of the national deal for Feb 2022 which says $3999 down payment, and $349/mo. They said that they will run the numbers and get back to me. When the sales person came back, he tacked on all sorts of fees, which made the down payment $9047 at $349/mo. As I had a potential trade-in vehicle with some lease equity, they wanted to see if they could do the trade in as well. I told them that the lease company for this vehicle does not allow third party buyouts and they should not waste their or my time. Instead, they went through with their number crunching and came back saying that their deal now is $6000 down payment at $450/mo, regardless of how the trade in works out. I may be dumb, but I am not stupid. I asked the salesperson, Jay, to explain to me, how is it possible for an initial down payment "out-the-door" of $9047 to increase to $6000 at a price difference of $100/mo ($450/mo-$350/mo) x 36 mo = $3600; so $9047-$3600 = $5447. If you really wanted an extra $553, you could've just said so, instead of trying to explain it was some random "fee" that you invented on the spot. Obviously, the salesperson JAY did not appreciate being caught in a lie. I called Stephanie and her manager for new numbers, explaining that I DO NOT TAKE KINDLY TO PEOPLE WHO TRY TO RIP ME OFF. If you like being ripped off, boy do I have the place for you in Westchester Toyota! Needless to say, their customer service is abysmal, where I called them multiple times to follow up on the deal and they refused to return my calls. They even tried to convince me that their ripoff deal is still valid, even though I clearly caught them in a lie. They did not even bother to apologize for this and instead "fired" me as a customer. Scammy, indecent, sketchy, lying - these are the values of Westchester Toyota and I would advise that no one does business with them as they neither know how to treat their customers, nor they know how to do basic math. Went in to look at a car, salesperson refused to give me a monthly rate on the car till I added it to my insurance and left a deposit. He took my credit card and gave it to his sales manager and I had to re a monthly rate on the car till I added it to my insurance and left a deposit. The sales manager came over and told me that the same story then wrote some stuff down and gave me a possible rate of two numbers with a 100 difference between them. I then asked once again for my credit card back which they finally gave me and I left. This was a ridiculous experience and not the way things work in the dealership world. More

When the car arrived, he was as excited as I was. I liked that, and the dealership completed the sale without any bad surprises. The vehicle is incredible. I would recommend Westchester Toyota to any friend and direct them to ask for Pedro. More
