William and Sean were excellent. They were willing to negotiate and ended up offering me a model for a price I otherwise would not be able to get anywhere else. At the very end of the transaction, the finance department decided to up the monthly payments an extra $25 above what we had negotiated with William and Sean. We decided that wasn't right to spring on us after we had already paid, told them the deal was off and were about to get our money refunded and walk out of the dealership. Before we could leave we explained what happened to William and Sean and they both went to bat for us by speaking to management and getting them to restore the originally agreed upon deal. I really appreciate the effort they put into the process and the way they looked out for us when the finance department tried to screw us. Everything else gets a 5, but the overall experience due to the finance debacle gets a 4. More

He began by offering us a seat as soon as we walked in and offered us refreshments. We looked at a few vehicles (we have twins) that match up perfectly with our lifestyle. John took his time explaining the features on the car. He offered me several options for purchase. David Grin the finance Manager offered me several financing options as well. I am still exploring my options but I wouldn't be surprised if I end up buying a car from these guys. I did not want to wait until I bought the car because I know first hand the attention to detail that these guys take when they deliver their customer service. I highly recommend this dealer! More

From the moment we looked at the cars lined up outside we were immediately greeted and taken inside so someone could guide us through the decision making. Josue was more than accommodating, very understanding and definitely made us know that Westchester Toyota was one of the best (if not THE best dealership) in regards to customer service. We went from wanting to buy a car to leasing one as he, and Tristan, figured that was probably what we were looking for. After test driving 3 cars we had at last found the one. I have to say, I never felt pressured into deciding throughout the entire experience. At one point another sales associate even offered his most sincere opinion which led to my choosing the Corolla LE Eco. The paperwork was painstakingly long but that couldn't be helped as they were extremely busy. Now, after having leased the car for about a month I have gotten the most amazing follow-up calls from Josue asking how I liked the car, if it was great in the snow (after those two horrendous snow storms) and even to ask me if I had other questions for him. I have to say your ratings that you had on the wall in the second floor did you no justice, from a scale of 1 to 5, I would absolutely give you a 6. Thanks a bundle Josue and Tristan!!! More
