Finally decided to replace my 2001 car even though I assumed it would be a nervewracking situation. I didn't know where to begin and I wanted a midsize car. When we met Jorge (Ortiz), I had a gut feeling that he was going to be able to help me because of his easy, warm, and friendly demeanor. Jorge was able to come up with a great price for what I wanted and had a car in the showroom that met my requirements. He did not apply pressure, but was on top of his game and provided information about all aspects of the car and the buying process, explaining everything in detail. Thanks to Jorge I left the showroom driving my brand new Toyota Camry with confidence that I had made the right decision. It was apparent on the test drive that he was genuinely excited about the car and some of the newer features. So was I. I came in with a nationally advertised deal that lacked some features I had wanted, so we built on that. John assured me he would get me the best price he could and he did not disappoint. David Grin handled the financial aspect seamlessly. What a great guy. He is extremely thorough in a very low-key way. Again, I knew I was in good hands. I could have been having coffee with a friend. Had a good experience with this dealer. The only negative is that I went on a holiday so they were short handed so the process took longer than expected. Everthing was very straight forward, no gimmicks or bait and switch, told them what I wanted and they made it happen. I left the title to my trade in at home and after all was said and done Ricardo even came to pick it up so I didn't have bring it in. Like mentioned before it was a holiday and they even stayed after closing to make sure I got what I wanted. The dealership and sales people were great and went well out of their way to make me happy! I will definitely return for my next car!! More

I went to Westchester Toyota because they had an FJ cruiser on their lot. I knew I either wanted the FJ or a tacoma. Pedro was extremely polite and helpful. When I went the second time they had a new (2014) tacoma in the bed style I was interested in (double cab).
