It was apparent on the test drive that he was genuinely excited about the car and some of the newer features. So was I. I came in with a nationally advertised deal that lacked some features I had wanted, so we built on that. John assured me he would get me the best price he could and he did not disappoint. David Grin handled the financial aspect seamlessly. What a great guy. He is extremely thorough in a very low-key way. Again, I knew I was in good hands. I could have been having coffee with a friend. Had a good experience with this dealer. The only negative is that I went on a holiday so they were short handed so the process took longer than expected. Everthing was very straight forward, no gimmicks or bait and switch, told them what I wanted and they made it happen. I left the title to my trade in at home and after all was said and done Ricardo even came to pick it up so I didn't have bring it in. Like mentioned before it was a holiday and they even stayed after closing to make sure I got what I wanted. The dealership and sales people were great and went well out of their way to make me happy! I went to Westchester Toyota because they had an FJ cruiser on their lot. I knew I either wanted the FJ or a tacoma. Pedro was extremely polite and helpful.
