I wanted the Toyota CHR Limited edition and I called and spoke to Neil and he assured me they had that that car on the lot, when I got there it was not there. He had the audacity to tell me that they sold i spoke to Neil and he assured me they had that that car on the lot, when I got there it was not there. He had the audacity to tell me that they sold it in the half hour it took me to get to Yonkers. I knew he was lying and called him out on it, He tried to insult my intelligence to keep up with the lie, A few days later we spoke to Anthony who assured us that he did have the car at the lot this time I specified the exact car and I asked three times and he said yes when we got there of course the same story and he said they sold it within the half an hour . I was so upset I called the next day to speak to one of the managers and he assured me that the higher-ups are telling them to lie to get people in the building. He said normally they have 200 cars on the lot and right now they only have 18 and if they don’t have what people want how are they going to sell the cars that they do have? I am appalled, those tactics will not get people to buy. Dishonesty is not the best policy. Whoever is answering these reviews talking about the staff is honest is FULL OF IT!! He’s part of the scam too. More

We made a deal in February and they took our deposit. We were supposed to receive the car 2 weeks later. They kept telling us it would take a little longer. 5 months after, they called to tell us our We were supposed to receive the car 2 weeks later. They kept telling us it would take a little longer. 5 months after, they called to tell us our car was ready but it would be nearly twice the price they promised. My advice is to not trust you have an agreement with them until you see the car and can drive it off the lot at that price on that day. I would choose another dealer. It's a safer bet. I don't think the people who work there are competent and as such, they rely on sketchy sales tactics. Buyer be ware. Get everything in writing. They will try not to respond to emails but make sure you read everything, keep copies, etc. More
