Sales experience was the worst. After having the car for a little over a month, the belt made noise when starting the car and the inner fender on the passenger side was broken. The service manager did not even take the initiative of looking at the car. The used car manager only took my name and number stating he will contact me. The financial services manager and sales associate told me I could not return the car and gave me the "I dont know". On a similar note, I was offered a sales position at the dealer after inquiring and speaking to Anson Castillo, David Lee, and Paul Agosti and kept being given the run around as to the status of my application. The entire staff in the dealer are basically dogs with clothes. The poorest overall customer service!! It just stinks!! More

Emilio Cruz is a great sales person, he took the time to explain everything. He even went above and beyond his job duty he called me many times and informed me of cars he had that he felt I would like. Em explain everything. Emilio was very patient which is what ppl like people don't like when dealers are pushy. I visited 3 other toyota dealers but knew I wanted to buy from Emilio. I have a few friend that I know will be looking for a new car in the up coming months I will surely recommend Emilio. I recommend Emilio to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a car. Westchester Toyata is one of the best dealers I have ever seen. I went to look for a car and I was fascinated with it.They gave it to me the same day I went.They have good staff services and the one that hel seen. From upper management to the sales person I worked with they worked with me to get the deal done on my leasing of this new car. Mr. Cruz took my on a test drive, he showed me the features of the car.
