I was about give up, but I friend of mine told me about this dealership... I had the the privilege to find Mr. Aziz to assist me. I had a lot of doubts, but with Mr. Aziz professionalism, all those doubts went away, and he made me feel confident about my purchase. So after the deal was approved, I met Mr. Fablo Kola. He explained to me everything with such detail and professionalism that every time I wanted to see a new vehicle, I went to them. The three times I went to buy a car, I went directly to them because I was sure I was going to get the best assistance that there is. And I always recommend them to my family and friends. Where to begin.... We leased a 2012 Highlander from Tristan George last year and he has truly become a friend. He was the most honest person we had ever met. We walked into the dealership at 8pm thinking we would just look at the car and he stayed with us until 1am and we traded in our Lexus and took the car home that night. We were interested in trading in our lease early and getting the 2013 Highlander. We called Tristan and he set up us with Rob Kundid. We sat with him for an hour Saturday afternoon and it was like talking with an old friend. We sat back, there was NO stress and he was honest and extremely friendly. Our experiences are NOT the typical care dealer experiences. I leased Lexus' for years and it was such a hassle to even step foot in the dealer. I actually came to hate when my leases were up. After meeting Tristan and now Rob, we will definitely stay with Toyota for a long time. They went above and beyond and transferred not only the plates from our car but the EZ pass as well as everything we had in the car. Rob took the time to go over EVERY aspect of the car with us. He even downloaded an app to our Iphones so that we could sync everything to our phones with ToyotaEntune. They have insurance as well as registration that is done on premise. They even did window etching to save me more money on my insurance. I worked with Dennis Clarke to get all of the paperwork signed and he made sure we were aware of all of our extra options such as Gap Insurance as well as the Excess Wear and Tear agreement. I can't begin to tell you how easy these guys make it to lease a car. You really feel like you are hanging out with friends and then you somehow leave with a new immaculate car at the end of the visit. I will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Tristan even came to work sick because he knew we were coming in, that's dedication. The staff that they have there are all friendly and seem to all get a long really well. Definitely check them out!!!!! More
