I was looking to trade in my vehicle for something newer I had a few vehicles in mind. My husband and I went to teddy Nissan and it was just a waste of time. We left and went to Westchester Toyota. When we get there it was a totally different atmosphere. We weren't sure with whom we were going to meet with. For one we sent an appointment up with Samantha thinking she was the sales rep. When my husband and I pull up in the drive way area there was a sales rep outside and we ask him where should we park he said anywhere was good. We ask for Samantha and he said she was the receptionist who set up the appointment for the sales rep. He introduce himself as Emilio. Needless to say from we sat down with him he blew my husband and myself away. He wasn't too forceful. He was attentive. He didn't try to make us get something that we didn't want. For me being too aggressive can be a turn off. He wasn't like that at all. He was genuine and overall a excellent sales man. I would refer him to anyone. In no time my husband and I got what we wanted. Also we trade in our 2005 Hyundai and believe it or not we got pretty much what we were asking for. Emilio Cruz was excellent from start to finish.
