I purchased a Toyota corolla from Westchester Toyota and the service and treatment were excellent. The paperwork process was rather efficient from the moment I got to the dealership to the moment I left it took 1 hour 30 minutes to complete the whole transaction. My experience at Westchester Toyota was a good experience especially due to the fact that I was pressured by Juan to buy a car instead I was guided throughout which is the opposite of what we expect when walking into a car dealership. I just recently got my license and I bought my 1999 Toyota Corolla at this dealership. Steal of a deal, $5,000 for a pristine vehicle with only 40,000 miles on it. I dealt with a guy named Suraj, short for Suraju, and he was so helpful. I didn't know anything about buying cars, licensing, car specs, ANYTHING! Suraj was super-helpful and I never felt pressured. He got the CarFax for me to look at the vehicle's history, showed me the car and how to maintain it, and even helped me understand the insurance options available for a new driver like me. When we were checking out the car, he (not me) found that there was an issue with the hood latch, and immediately sent the car down to the fix-it shop to fix it, free of charge before I purchased it. I was in a tough financial situation in June. I had a new car and a used car - both with loans. My insurance premium had gone up and I could no longer afford the insurance, maintenance, and car payments for car and a used car - both with loans. I took them to Westchester Toyota and they gave me a very, very good trade in deal. I was able to close both of the loans on my cars and have some money left over for a down payment on a new Rav4. The negotiations were tough but Westchester Toyota worked its magic and made the deal work for me in the end. They even worked hard to put me in one of their XLE Rav4s which was equipped with great options. I was worried I would drive away with a base model vehicle. Thanks to Rick Hall, John Madera, David Grin, and David Lee I am very happy with my new car and the deal that I drove away with. I highly recommend this dealership and their sales/financial team to anyone looking for a Toyota. More
