I wanted to elaborate more on my prior review. My experience with Juan Padilla was truly wonderful. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience the best that it could be. The Toyota Camry is a very popular car however the se v6 is a rare find with navigation and backup camera because everyone buys the base le 4 cylinder.I look all over for this car and i found one at this de is a rare find with navigation and backup camera because everyone buys the base le 4 cylinder.I look all over for this car and i found one at this dealership.So i called on Monday gave them the year model and make plus the stock number and they said they had it in stock and when can i come in.I said i will get back to them by Thursday. Called back on Thursday and the car was still there and made an appointment for Friday at 6 30 pm. They called me at 1:12 and asked me to confirm the appointment i did and they car was still there. I live a hour and a half away and with the rain coming down i got there around 7:00. Waited an hour and a half. After the first hour of just sitting i decided at least let me go see the car.I walked around outside because it was a certified pre owned Camry and it wasn't there so i ask where else they keep the cars.They said it maybe in the basement but i wasn't allowed to go.So i waited some more and finally it was my turn. Already he was trying to tell me why i didn't want the SE 4 cylinder and i said i drove the 4 and then i drove the 6 and made my decision it had to be the 6 and that gas wasn't any issue. He proceeded to say that everyone was bring back the 6 and getting the 4.So i wondered why the 6 is so hard to find in the NY area? We check on line and in the basement the car was not there!He went to the manager and searched for other branches of Toyota dealerships for it. Sadly there was no success and my hope of finding a good Camry were crushed along with my friends time,gas and toll. I asked him when it was sold he said he doesn't know but "it had to be today" just because i said it was confirmed it was still there today.He also continued to say i could have left a deposit but i didn't know and it was never mentioned to me.I loved this car and i would have gladly put down a down payment.I didn't go through all this just to see "IF" i was going to consider buying this rare car. More

ADVERTISED A CAR FOR SALE THAT THEY’D SOLD NINE DAYS PREVIOUSLY. On 6/22/13 I saw a car advertised on Westchester Toyota’s internet site and expressed interest online. An internet sales person, Gigi, PREVIOUSLY. On 6/22/13 I saw a car advertised on Westchester Toyota’s internet site and expressed interest online. An internet sales person, Gigi, called me shortly thereafter and asked if I would like to see the car. I asked specifically, “Is the vehicle still available?” She said it was, so I made an appointment to see it that day. I made the hour-and-a-half trip to the dealer, and the car turned out to have been sold – nine days earlier. When I asked the sales manager, Tristan George, why the internet site hadn’t been updated during the nine days, the best explanation he could give me was that the internet sales people are in a different location. This is the kind of behavior that makes people distrust used-car salespeople. More
