I currently have 3 Toyotas on lease, one of which was about to expire. All vehicles are Camry XLE V-6 fully loaded. My desire is for a car that is reliable, comfortable, safe, and economic. After getting an outrageously high price on a new vehicle from the dealership I had been working with for the past decade, I pursued a Costco lead to Westchester Toyota. They contacted me immediately and gave me a price in a very timely fashion which I found extremely competitive, all the while conducting themselves with the utmost professionalism. ADVERTISED A CAR FOR SALE THAT THEY’D SOLD NINE DAYS PREVIOUSLY. On 6/22/13 I saw a car advertised on Westchester Toyota’s internet site and expressed interest online. An internet sales person, Gigi, PREVIOUSLY. On 6/22/13 I saw a car advertised on Westchester Toyota’s internet site and expressed interest online. An internet sales person, Gigi, called me shortly thereafter and asked if I would like to see the car. I asked specifically, “Is the vehicle still available?” She said it was, so I made an appointment to see it that day. I made the hour-and-a-half trip to the dealer, and the car turned out to have been sold – nine days earlier. When I asked the sales manager, Tristan George, why the internet site hadn’t been updated during the nine days, the best explanation he could give me was that the internet sales people are in a different location. This is the kind of behavior that makes people distrust used-car salespeople. More

I had a fantastic experience at Westchester Toyota! William Ventura greeted me within minutes of my arrival and had me in the exact car I was looking to lease by the end of the day.
