Juan made it easy for me to lease a car for my daughter. He was very thorough, explained everything to me and i asked a lot of questions. Worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had. I felt kidnapped. They picked me up from the train, made me wait an hour at the station,didn't have the vehicle I wanted, tried to get me to fill out felt kidnapped. I sensed it, so I asked to see the vehicle first. They were very reluctant to even show me any cars without filling out a credit app. Then, when I told them they didn't have anything I was interested in, they insisted on keeping me there. The car they wanted me to look at, which I had no interest in buying kept dying. I was there 3 hours, looked at one car, I did not want. I asked if they had a phone charger. They would not return my phone. I had someone waiting for me with no way to call. They wanted me to feel trapped, so I'd buy something. If I had my phone, I would've called the cops. I just bought a Toyota from Nelson, bu before I purchased the car, I visited 3 different dealerships prior. The other dealerships did the old "Bait & Switch" on me. I asked for a certain car and they told me the car, I visited 3 different dealerships prior. The other dealerships did the old "Bait & Switch" on me. I asked for a certain car and they told me that the car was there and available. When I got there, they gave me some lame excuse and tried to sell me a different car (of which I showed no interest in purchasing). The next dealership advertised a price for a car and by the time we got down to the mumbers, it was almost 1/3 more than the actual advertised price. No one can seem to explain to me why I would be paying more and where these phantom costs came from. Nelson & his sales manager Tristan took away all my insecurities in regard to purchasing the car. They told me from the start "WHAT" I would be paying and "WHY" I would be paying that. They never beat around the bush and treated me with the respect and service that I deserved. They treated me like an educated consumer with "NO Nonsense" and I respect that about them. I would recommend to any educated consumers who like to do their research before purchasing a car to take a ride to Westchester Toyota and ask for Nelson & Tristan if you are seeking a pleasurable buying experience. Unlike those other morons at the other dealerships, they never disrespected me or tried to insult my intelligence. I respect them for their straight forward attitude and charming personalities.
