Worst experience ever... After stressing how important gas mileage is for me... The sticker said 31 MPG highway on the RAV4 2013 and I'm only getting 22 hwy - I complaint several times and final got the t gas mileage is for me... They only care about sales and will NOT help you with a problem, it's like they never sold you the car. The client is not always right but DAVID LEE needs to learn how to deal with people since he is in a customer service business... I will never ever buy or recommend Toyota! More

I must say this was the last place i was going to go to, because i went to about 5 different dealerships before this. I love the steadiness,,the body is sporty, and it drives very well. I upgraded from a 2012 elantra, definitely hands down better car. The warranty is great, with a 0% interest, Me and my fiance seriously couldn't walk away from that. Everyone was very friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend coming here, i live in queens so it was worth the drive. Thank you again, Felix, Francis, Fabio, and the insurance guy( sorry i forgot your name).
