Had a great experience at Westchester Toyota/Scion with my sales professional Nelson. Nelson was very patient with my family while going through the car choices and financing. In addition, Robert respects the value of customer’s time. I can't emphasize this enough. During my experience I made it clear to Robert that I was not interested in spending the entire day haggling over options and price (as you probably have done at other dealers). My deal was straight forward, open transparent and honest...it was truly a great experience. As the vehicle of my choice was not available (due to my selected options) Robert had to order direct from the manufacturing plant. With that the lead time for delivery was predicted at 7 weeks and Robert was spot on. In addition, Robert committed to keeping in touch and providing me with updates. With each call Robert committed to the next and he never missed a date/time with reagrd to contacting me. Finally, when Robert contacted to inform me my new had arrived, I requested that Westchester Toyota not waste my time with regard to those "back end" deals. Robert and team respected my wishes and although closing out a new car deal is time consuming...Not a word about "back end deals" or getting cattle prodded into someone's office to review "special offers."
