We would highly recommend Robert Kundid and Fabio Kola, a great team at Westchester Toyota. Over 39 years, we have purchased 5+ new cars and this by far was our best experience (and least stressful). Our initial contact was made online which was promptly followed with a phone call from the dealership. We met with Robert Kundid, a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson who explained about each model we were interested in and available options. He was sensitive to our needs and special circumstances. He was straightforward, courteous and we were impressed by his non-pressure style of dealing with customers. Although we purchased our car at our initial visit, I felt if I had delayed the purchase there would be no "hard sell" or uncomfortable exit. He worked hard to obtain the car we had selected and kept us up to date. Robert made himself available by phone to answer all questions we had. When we arrived to pick up our car, Robert immediately took us to see the car and let us inspect it. He then introduced us to Fabio Kola who worked on our credit application. We were so pleasantly surprised when he offered us a lower interest rate and perks which fit into our budget. He was also professional, courteous and efficient. All forms were explained in detail by Fabio and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. My husband was impressed that when Fabio requested a signature on a form, he gave us ample opportunity to read each one. As we left the building, we were greeted by the sales manager, Anson, who asked if we had any questions, concern, etc. Robert explained all the "bells and whistles" of our new car. We drove away happy and confident in our purchase. We will highly recommend to Robert, Fabio, Anson and Westchester Toyota to all friends and family. More
