He made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with all the selections and questions I asked. In quality of work I also give him a 5 because he was organized and did not linger while preparing my paper work. Pablo also knew very well how to explain each selection of car with many details. Pablo got a 5 rating in friendliness because he is all smiles. He also was very patience with all my questions and I did not feel any negative feedback from him. Like a shark he grabbed me in the dealership parking lot before I could walk in the door. Supposedly I had an appointment with a manager. Padilla claimed he was one and I never even got to sign in at their reception desk. Most of what he said in his presentation was either a lie or misleading. He said that because of demand the price was basically MSRP. That is until I asked for the Cosco price. He wasn't happy. He claimed that he could get me any color Prius that I wanted since they were the LARGEST dealer. Wrote a contract and took a $1,000 deposit. Said he would call me the next day (Monday). My wife, after not hearing from him, called the dealership Wed. afternoon and sincee West Toyota hadn't performed, we considered them in breach of contract. They did refund the down payment. I went to DCH Toyota City on Saturday. Left a small deposit. They found the car I wanted at a PA. dealer. I Picked up the car today. More
