I went in westchester Toyota to buy a new corolla and I had been shopping around for a while. After I visited 6 different dealerships I realized that westchester Toyota beat every other dealership I been t had been shopping around for a while. I purchased a Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid 2012 in magnetic gray metallic. I traded in a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Edition Quad II Drive 8 cylinder 2006 Khaki colored fully loaded suburban. Both the trade in and new purchase went over without a hitch. I went in to look... serious about buying but unprepared - didn't even have the title for my jeep or extra key with me... Juan made it all go smoothly and it was truly effortless. I went into the dealership not knowing what to expect. I was undecided on what type of car I wanted and how much I wanted to spent on my new car. When walking into the dealership Mr. Ventura gave me a very warm welcome which made me feel comfortable and I knew that it was were I needed to be, I no longer needed to continue shopping around for any more dealerships. He guided me through the process, now considering the amount of time it took for me to decide during the process Mr.Ventura was very patient and answered all my question fully.He did not leave any question mark in my head. I was happy to know that I had all the information I needed from what type of tires my car came with to the very minor details.Through the process I ended up getting the Rav4 Limited and I was very pleased with my choose thanks to my sales person. He made the process as quick as possible from the start all the way till the very end. What really impressed me of Mr.Ventura's, was his dedication. The time he took to explain how everything worked. He made sure before I left the dealership that I understood everything from the navigation system to getting my phone up and running with the vehicles bluetooth. At the end of the process Mr. Ventura said " If there is anything you need please feel free to contact me." And with this said I know he was sincere and that if I did need anything from him he would be there to answer my questions. More
