I arrived at Westchester Toyota expecting to be overwhelmed with the selection process of purchasing a vehicle. When I arrived Sean Berry introduced himself and made me feel welcome. He took time with me to go over all the features that I would need. I could tell he knew his inventory well and how to customize what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Westchester Toyota, in particular Sean Berry to friends and family because I know they will receive excellent service and honest feedback. More

We still doing our homework because in this economy before making such of an investment of buying a new car , all possibilities should be explore. I had a lease which was ending with a different Toyota I had a lease which was ending with a different Toyota dealer in Northern Westchester. Due to a recent credit issue,that dealer told me they would n I had a lease which was ending with a different Toyota dealer in Northern Westchester. Due to a recent credit issue,that dealer told me they would not give me another lease. They said "just turn in the car at the lease end and walk away". Being a long time customer at this dealership, I was shocked. I called Westchester Toyota and went in. The difference was night and day! All were friendly, compassionate and understanding. Joe and Jamie in finance were fantastic! I also had the most amazing salesperson, Suraju, who kept in touch with me as things progressed. All three worked hard for me and got great results! I was humbled by these people who treated me not just as a customer, but a friend! I now have a new lease in a brand new 2013 vehicle and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased! There are many qualities that make a successful salesperson. On Monday,September 3rd Labor Day, we made a trip to Westchester Toyota of Yonkers to look at and get info on the Toyota Prius. We had no intention of buying a car that day! As we entered the showroom a salesperson approached and introduced himself as Suraju and asked if he could help us. We told him why we were there. Later, after speaking with and getting a lot of information about the Prius with him we ended up driving home a 2012 Prius C off the showroom floor that day!. Many thanks to Suraju! He is truly a great salesperson and fits all of the qualities listed above and more. Westchester Toyota should be proud to have a salesperson of such high caliber. This is my 3rd new car in the last 6 months!!! I think Suraju was outstanding!!! He was funny and patient and he did what he had to to make the deal happen.
