Mr. Segura took us for a test drive in the model Sienna we had requested and also explained the different trims the car came in. We ended up buying the AWD XLE because that was the model that had all the features we were looking for and we were able to agree on a fair price for it and we even got more than we were expecting for our trade!!!! Pedro Segura and his manager Mr. Castillo did a wonderful job and we can only say we'd recomend this dealer to anyone looking for a Toyota in the area. More

I originally went to 3 different dealers but i didn't feel comfortable.. My last visit was Westchester Toyota and met with a seles person by the name of Melvin Abreu. When I went to Westchester Toyota I felt confident in buying a car there because of the honesty that was given and also the customer service provided was great. My sales guy was Sean Berry, he really took the time with me to go over all the details and made sure I knew everything. I called him once not knowing it was his day off and he still took the time to answer my questions. After I bought the car I even recommended him to my cousin who is now in the process. If you visit this dealership go to Sean! He was very clear in the terms of the car, and I feel like I got a good price. More

Looking to buy a new car, I made an appointment with the manager at Westchester Toyota. Upon entering the showroom, the receptionist had no recollection of my appointment. I was a little confused but I sett manager at Westchester Toyota. Upon entering the showroom, the receptionist had no recollection of my appointment. I was a little confused but I settled for a salesman who took me aside and tried to answer my questions. While I sat in a chair for two and a half hours, the salesman wandered around walking back and forth to the front desk trying to find answers to the information I needed. I finally left after three hours at the dealership feeling uninformed and unimportant. I received an email from the woman with whom I had scheduled my first appointment asking me about my experience and I told her how disappointed I was with the customer service. She asked if I would come in again and told me that it must have been an especially busy day. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I agreed to schedule another appointment. Today I walked into the showroom and there was no one behind the desk. I told a salesman nearby that I had an appointment with the manager and, once again, no one knew about this appointment. He told me that his manager would be with me in a moment. Fifteen minutes later, I was still walking around the showroom alone, surrounded by at least nine salesmen doing little more than chatting with one another and making coffee. I walked by a few of them to see if they would offer some help. Finally I walked to the front desk and told the salesperson that I would now be leaving. I am quite shocked that this business would drop the ball again, especially after my dissatisfaction the first time. I could easily have dismissed my first negative experience had the manager been fully prepared, waiting for my arrival. This was clearly not the case. The level of professionalism and proactivity at this dealership is underwhelming. I would only consider doing business with a dealership that values their customers. Unfortunately for Westchester Toyota, this will not be them. I am sorry that this was my experience and I am sure this will serve as a valuable lesson for the manager and his employees. More
