Since purchasing my vehicle from Westchester Toyota, it has been serviced by them exclusively. Over the past 8 years I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work done. Even when there were challenges, the administration and managerial staff, especially Willie Vesey, were intentional in ensuring that I was a satisfied customer. My mother financed her 2019 RAV4 from this dealership and let’s just say she was not pleased at all. On December 30 she dropped off her car to the service center, throughout the time it being there, there wa let’s just say she was not pleased at all. On December 30 she dropped off her car to the service center, throughout the time it being there, there was never clear explanation or any updates on her vehicle. Finally on January 21,2021 the car was ready for pickup, when she picks up her car after paying she notices what was suppose to be fixed was not and the paint used on the car was completely off! It is very noticeable and unacceptable. This whole experience for my mother has been very stressful and the lack of professionalism and incompetence shows in their work. It is unfortunate that my mother has to endure this and now has to take in the car again because they could not get it right the first time! More
