I walked into this dealership wanting to buy a new Sienna. Nelson, was a new salesman, but extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After thinking it over for a week, I decided I wanted a cert Sienna. Nelson, was a new salesman, but extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After thinking it over for a week, I decided I wanted a certified pre-owned Sienna. I was glad when Westchester Toyota had some inventory of these cars, and I spent another few hours with Nelson going over the inventory. He was very patient with me, and struck me as extremely uprights and honest through the whole process. Once I decided to buy, negotiating the price was very simple and painless. Buying my car here was a much more appealing experience than I could have believed. ETA: I am updating my review. When I bought this Certified Used Vehicle, Nelson, the "nice" salesman told me he would put a new battery in the car (because the battery was drained when we went to test drive the car). It is now three months later and the battery is dead! I took the car to the Toyota Service Center and was told that its an old dead battery in the car, and that the salesman probably just swapped one old battery for another one. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. More

I had been stuck with a very high interest rate for almost three years on an older model car and couldn't see any light at the end of the tunnel. For the past several months I had unsuccesfully tried t almost three years on an older model car and couldn't see any light at the end of the tunnel. For the past several months I had unsuccesfully tried to either refinance or get a newer car at a better rate. When I came to Westchester Toyota and explained my situation to Pedro, he made no promises but insisted in trying to help me. After apprasing my trade and determining how much I owed on it, Pedro told me that I was going to be driving a 2001 Camry Le at 0%. Today I have only praise for Pedro, Anson and Westchester Toyota because they were able to acomplish what many dealers before them failed to do. I have today the car I wanted at a rate I didn't even thought I could get. If you are in a similar situation go see Pedro, You have nothing to lose. More
