I had a wonderful experience at Westchester Toyota. It was my first time car shopping, and I wanted to take my time and be absolutely positive I was making the right decision. He and David Chu made sure I got the best deal possible, and they were NEVER PUSHY. I would have been out the door to another dealership if I felt pressured in the least. When all was said and done, I got exactly the car I wanted, in the color I wanted (William drove it down from Danbury), for a price I was happy with. So he took me on a test drive and ask me about my experience and said if I can provide you with a deal that makes sense how would you feel. We sat down and discuss great leasing options and helped me get out of my 2003 Ford Windstar. My plan was to just test drive, but with William's customer service, the deal he presented to me, and helping me get out of my old car was to good to past up.
