My father had bought a Camry from Westchester Toyota a few years ago and loves the dealership. We went to look at a Matrix and I wound up leaving with a Rav! He was available for additional questions after we left the showroom, giving us a cell phone number to reach. He also stayed late at work to accomodate our schedule for a revisit. The only negative aspect of the experience was some other information we wished we had up front. There were certain features that were not standard on the new vehicles and being new to car shopping we did not know to ask about before settling on an agreement, such as asking about alarm systems, or gap insurance. Pricing was pretty good, however if we were more experienced we probably could've gotten an even better deal. Overall a good experience. We would be happy to use this dealer again. More

STAY AWAY FROM WESTCHESTER TOYOTA...They used every cheap salesman trick in the book, inlcuding keeping us waiting with kids for 2 hours (we had young kids with us)...moving us from office to office to disor salesman trick in the book, inlcuding keeping us waiting with kids for 2 hours (we had young kids with us)...moving us from office to office to disorient us...not disclosing all the fees and charges until after we had already turned in our other car and they had us over a barrel...then using sleaze tactics ("You'll be sorry you didn't do this") to try to shame us into signing up for their rip-off service contract (it didn't work, BTW). This is why car dealers have the rep they do...STAY FAR AWAY...there are other Toyota dealerships in the vicinity that are fairer and better. More
