Exceeding my expectations is an understatement!!! Just OUTSTANDING!!! We all know salesmen at dealership's want your business and don't want you to purchase from anyone else. Dealing with Carl Batis on my first visit w/o an appointment, he spent more time with me with any other customer and didn't make the sale that day. But because of his genuine attitude, kindness, professionalism and honesty, I not only knew the moment I left, I would return but I would make sure "Carl" would be the salesman. My experience was just exceptional!! Not in a million years did I think I'd walk out of Westchester Toyota 2-days later with a brand new car. The staff did everything in their power to accommodate me and ensure I received the best price that worked well with my budget; they MADE IT HAPPEN!!!! A personal "thank you" to Jaime and Dennis. I can't express how comfortable they made me feel and they even allowed my 10-year old to enjoy all the cars in the showrooom. I had done research online for features and pricing of the Prius I wanted, and used Edmunds.com to solicit bids. I got calls from a number of dealers, and, after an initial confusion concerning the inclu the Prius I wanted, and used Edmunds.com to solicit bids. I got calls from a number of dealers, and, after an initial confusion concerning the inclusion of a navigation system in the pricing package, Westchester Toyota matched the lowest bid I had received from another dealer upstate. I was pleasantly surprised to get the car a day ahead of the promised date and was happy with the professionalism of the sales people. (I think I could have picked up the car even a day earlier, if I hadn't had a scheduling conflict.) The car was exactly what I ordered and the whole process went quickly and smoothly. They synchronized the bluetooth with my cell phone, showed me how to set the radio stations, and gave me an overview of the navigation system. I got calls before the pickup, confirming the delivery appointment and 2 follow-up calls in the 2 days after I got the car to make sure I wasn't having any problems. Only one negative to mention about extended service contracts. I was offered one during the paperwork process, and asked for a brochure to read at home. I did not want to buy one on the spot, without reading the details, so I asked the Finance Manager, Mr. Kola for some prices, which he kindly wrote down for me. When I checked online, at the Toyota Finance website, the prices listed were a few hundred dollars cheaper than those offered to me by Mr. Kola. Nothing wrong with that — they've got to make money. But it was a reminder that it still pays to shop around. So check your prices and details before you go. All in all, though, I was very happy with the whole experience and would use them again. More

We purchased a toyota corolla LE about a month ago. I was a little skeptical of the dealership because of the reviews on other websites, but realized if you work with the right people, you will get the servi a little skeptical of the dealership because of the reviews on other websites, but realized if you work with the right people, you will get the service you deserve. I have called back to the salesperson several times, in this case Pedro, and he his very helpful and values his customers. I wish all the Toyota salesmen were as knowledgeable and caring as he was. You have to do your research before you go down to any Dealership. Westchester Toyota had the best deal out of 4 dealerships I visited. I even walked out of Star toyota in Bayside, Queens, because the salesperson was not knowledgeable and was trying to make a quick buck!
