During the time period that you were here we went through a very busy period with the CARS government program. I would imagine that unfortunately you were one of the customers who lost out on the program due to its unexpected success and abrupt end. We had customers who saw the value in the CARS program and settled on color or equipment in order to cash in on the $3500 or $4500 voucher. Our sincerest apologies.

It is not the intention nor the actions of the dealership to lie to you. We are a leagre delaership and have a reputation as a high volume store. Inventory moves on a rapid basis. If the isue is with getting you a Prius I would like to assist. We have Prius' that are here or comme to us unsold but as you know in this current market with the government's CAR program and the height of the busy summer season a vehicle does not stay in inventory for long.
