By far the best Service Department I have ever dealt with. I have a 2001 Tacoma and few months ago the truck started running differently and seemed to lack power. I was told by two separate and reputable car repair professionals that I needed a new transmision. I had resolved myself to the fact that I would be spending a few thousand dollars on a new transission. I took the truck to Westchester Toyota to price a new transmission, hoping I would get a better warranty than being offered by the other service centers. I met with Rich Leon and Jose Torres, who after hearing my complaint, suggested that I have my truck checked by their mechanics rather than go for the big transmission repair. I agreed and thankfully I did. Turns out, my Tacoma needed a throttle sensor. That's it! The truck runs great and seems to be getting better gas mileage as well. The Service Center at Westchester Toyota saved me big money and I am extremely appreciative of their honesty and integrity. I now bring my 2004 Highlander there for repairs as well. I had stayed away from Dealer Based Service Centers in the past thinking that they were over-priced and not concerned about customer satisfaction. Westchester Toyota has changed my outlook and has made me a steady customer. More
I recently noticed my Toyoya Camry's inspection was expired and called Westchester Toyota to have my car inspected. I spoke to Mr. Jason Burns and he said that he would gladly take in my car eventhough expired and called Westchester Toyota to have my car inspected. I spoke to Mr. Jason Burns and he said that he would gladly take in my car eventhough it was late in the afternoon. I did not expect to have my car taken in the same day I called but I was presently surprised that Mr. Burns would be able to accomodate me. My car was inspected and ready for me to pick up in less than 2 hours. I was greeted by friendly staff including the service manager, Mr. Ritchie Leon. The reason why I always come back to service my car at Westchester Toyota is because of the professionalism exhibited by the pleasant staff who go out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied with the quality of their work. I highly recommend Westchester Toyota to anyone thinking of purchasing their next car. More
My '93 Camry completely broke down on me last month. I had to have it towed in for service. When I met with Jose Torres he was very detailed and helpful. My car needed a lot of work which was going to be had to have it towed in for service. When I met with Jose Torres he was very detailed and helpful. My car needed a lot of work which was going to be extremely costly. Unfortunately, I do not have a backup car and needed my Camry quickly. I explained to Jose that I could not afford to have everything fixed on my car at once and he was very understanding. He asked for assistance from Richard Leon to help reduce the cost in fixing my car. They were able to apply coupons to my service ticket which allowed me to pay for my repairs and get my car back as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with the way I was taken care of at Westchester Toyota and will definitely continue to service my car there as well as refer my friends and family. More
In November 2008, I went to Westchester Toyota in the hopes of purchasing another vehicle to replace my 11 year old beloved Avalon XLS. I loved my old Avalon very much. A lot of good and cherished memories were connected to that car, but it was time for a change. I checked out several Toyota Dealerships, as I looked for another pre-owned Avalon XLS. I decided to go to Westchester Toyota after seeing vehicle I liked online. I was greeted by the Sales Manager Landers Hall. He showed me his selection of pre-owned vehicles. I did not see any Avalons that I like, but I did see a lovely pre-owned 2007 Toyota Camry XLS. The vehicle had only 10,200 miles on it. I really liked this car because it was in very good condition, it handled well and had a very low mileage. Mr. Hall was great. He was very patient and extremely professional. All Sales Managers should be as courteous to their customers. I ended up purchasing the Camry. At first I could not get used to the color, but now I Love my Barcelona Red. In January 2009, I noticed that the paint was literally peeling from the front bumper of my car. Each time I drove my car the paint would peel even more. I called Mr. Hall and explained my dilemma. I was distraught. Mr. Landers made a few calls and arranged for me to bring the car in to have the bumper repainted and resealed. He even offered to reimburse me for the cost of getting a rental for the day that my car was being serviced. What a Manager he is terrific! Before going to Westchester Toyota I was very disillusioned with car dealers because I had very bad experiences in the past, but Landers Hall and Westchester Toyota really changed my mind. I will definitely recommend Westchester Toyota to my friends and family. More
In the midst of a family crisis, my home was destroyed by fire, and in need of replacement car keys, I visited Westchester Toyota for the first time. I was wearing hospital scrubs and still had smoke residu fire, and in need of replacement car keys, I visited Westchester Toyota for the first time. I was wearing hospital scrubs and still had smoke residue on my face and arms. The people there could not have been nicer. They sat me down, listened to my tears, I was still very emotional, and processed my case just as soon as they could. I had no id, no proof of ownership, nothing. They contacted the appropriate people, confirmed ownership and got me replacement car keys within hours. I especially want to say a big thank you to Chris Garcia who washed the burnt particles off my car and was just so nice. Thank you again and I'm just so sorry it took so long for me to post this. I was skillfully convinced to spend almost $700 on 30K service for my 2006 toyota prius. When I told Jose he was telling me that I needed much more than the manual recommends, he convinced me that it nee service for my 2006 toyota prius. After much remorse and investigation, I have determined that I was indeed ripped off! NEVER go to this dealer, but if you must - take your manual and do not listen to their sales job. Know they are an organization that does not encourage building their business with honesty and integrity, rather with the quick sale. More

I was refered to this dealer by a friend of mine. I was told to ask for Anson the general sales manager because he suppose to give me a great deal.
