Every time I visited this shop, at least something didn't work. If they promise to call you, 80-90% chance no one will call you. If they promise to order a part for a recall, 80-90% chance that it won't happen unless you call them 3-5 times. As an example my sliding door recall parts were ordered after 15 months of back and force... Since I worked with 4-5 different people over these past 4 years, I concluded that it was not the particular individual who caused the problems, it is wider organizational issue (probably coming from the upper management).
